Changes to the Appointment Triage Service

From 30th October, at the request of the Partners of Fishergate Hill Surgery.

We will be changing the way the Care Navigators triage your appointment request. Your will be asked a series of questions to direct you to the most appropriate Clinician. The triage of the appointment may take a little longer than usual, so please bear with us.

Please be aware that all staff at Fishergate Hill Surgery are bound by confidentiality and The Care Navigators have been instructed by the Partners to obtain as much information as possible regarding the appointment request.
