To help us continually improve, we invite you to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG) – a dedicated group of patients who work alongside the practice team to share feedback, discuss ideas, and contribute to the development of our services.

What is the Patient Participation Group (PPG)?

The PPG is a voluntary group of patients who meet with the practice team to:

Provide feedback on services and patient experiences.
Discuss new ideas and improvements.
Help shape the future of the practice.
Ensure patient voices are heard in key decisions.

Who can join?

Anyone registered at Fishergate Hill Surgery is welcome to join! We encourage people from all backgrounds, ages, and experiences to take part – whether you’re a long-term patient or have recently joined our practice.

What’s involved?

The group meets periodically (either in person or virtually) to discuss key topics.
You’ll have the opportunity to share your views and listen to others.
Participation is completely voluntary – you can be as involved as you like.
